Resistance Band Training (RBT) in matrix of drills directed at enhancing quickness.

►15 seconds of work/ 10-15 of rest (transition) for total of 6 "sets" before station transition

►Though the emphasis is on "quick feet", the focus is actually on the hips in the frontal/transverse plane drills and arm action on saggital plane drills.
► Arms must be coordinated with lower body for optimal performance (though this must be worked on for consistency).
►The tendency is to allow arms to appear neutral (as seen in this video clip). However, there is nothing neutral about upper body in relation to athletic movement. If your arms are not working FOR you they ARE working against you
