The Workout
1. Slip to left - 30 sec
2. Slip to right - 30 sec
3. Duck unders - 30 sec
4. Slip to left & throw counter hook - 30 sec
5. Slip to right and throw counter cross- 30 sec
6. Alternate 4 and 5 - 30 sec
